Terms & Conditions

1. Operator and acceptance
KARVO is a platform operated by NEOCRAFT LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the platform or submitting a request, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
2. Scope of platform
Customers may browse service categories, submit enquiries, request site visits, receive quotations and enquire about skilled workers. Listings, illustrations, indicative prices and estimated availability are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. ₹299 site-visit charge
A standard ₹299 site-visit fee per request may be payable before a visit can be confirmed. The applicable fee, taxes if any, travel/special-location surcharges if any, and payment terms must be displayed at checkout before payment. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booked visit. A visit is confirmed only after verified payment and explicit scheduling confirmation by our team.
4. Scope, estimates and quotations
Final pricing depends on site measurement, materials, quantities, location, labour, transport, statutory taxes, approvals, timelines and other agreed requirements. Any work order or final quotation supersedes indicative platform prices. Additional or changed work requires separate approval.
5. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details, site access instructions, property permissions and relevant requirements. Ensure a safe environment for site visits. You remain responsible for permissions and approvals unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Scheduling and changes
Visit scheduling depends on staff availability, access and service coverage. If a visit must be postponed by either party, the team will communicate the revised options. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
7. Payments and verification
Payment completion must be confirmed through the official payment provider and our server-side records. Screenshots, customer-side redirects or manual labels are not proof of successful payment. Never share your payment PIN or OTP.
8. Images, content and intellectual property
AI-generated images illustrate possible designs and are not guaranteed project outcomes or verified photographs of completed work. KARVO names, content and designs are subject to applicable rights and permissions.
9. Limitation and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law. Disputes should first be raised using our support email (karvosite@gmail.com) or phone (+91 93524 01986). Applicable governing law is India; jurisdiction is subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Updates
These terms may be updated with a revised effective date. Material changes should be communicated where legally required.
