1. Who operates KARVO

KARVO is operated by NEOCRAFT LLP. Privacy queries should be directed to the verified contact details published on the Contact Us page before the platform goes live.

2. Information collected

When you use KARVO, we may collect your name, phone number, email, service location, project requirements, images or measurements you provide, booking details, correspondence and payment status/transaction reference. Payment card and UPI credential entry, when available, should occur only in the secure payment provider environment.

3. Why we use information

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate site visits and professionals, process verified payments and refunds, improve services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Relevant booking information may be shared with authorized staff, service professionals, hosting providers and payment processors as needed to deliver requested services. We do not claim customer information is shared with third parties beyond these purposes without a lawful basis.

5. Storage and security

The current HTML demo stores some information locally in the browser and is not a secure production booking system. A production launch requires access controls, server-side storage, appropriate encryption, retention settings and security review. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial data into the demo.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. A verified privacy contact and grievance channel must be supplied before accepting real customer data.

7. Cookies and local storage

The demo uses browser local storage to retain selections and sample data. Production analytics, cookies and consent practices must be disclosed when enabled.

8. Children and changes

Services are intended for adults arranging work. This policy may change with revised practices and the update date will be displayed.
